Review #35: Amanda Diva "Life Experience"

Reviewed on 12.27.2007 (Review No. 35)

Watz good Amanda Diva this yo boy Frankie! I'm glad I'm reviewing this right now! I'm reviewing your latest joint "Life Experience", and YES, I did BUY it off of iTunes for $7.99, so there you go (I bought it last week as an early Christmas present to you), and now I'm gonna listen to each track and review each track. Start Time: 11:51 PM

01. "Life Experience (Intro)"
Let's see how Ms. Diva gon handle tha intro! >>> Of course, you spit sum real shit right there! My Rating: 3.9

02. "Bright Lights"
Since this iz tha 1st actual joint (that's got a good length), I'm anticipated, so I got a High AL on this! Hope it turns out to be real good! >>> Not too big about those background vocals in tha beginning from those other females (not you). Nice rhymes. I'm feelin' that hook a lot (except for sometimes those background vocals). I like that lil' sample "ya'll ain't grown; we older than yo lil' ass." My Rating: 3.6

03. "Supa Woman"
We got tha lead single right here. I haven't gotten tha chance to see tha video, but I gotta check it out and leave sum feedback on ur Youtube page. This was not bad on a first listen when I checked it out a month ago. I put it on my playlist, and am slowly givin' it spins. Gotta luv ur Jamaican accent in tha beginning! Tha hook iz aight, but it's good for exposing urself. "That's why they talk about me" My Rating: 3.5

04. "40 MC's (Remix)" Feat. Q-Tip
Now tha original version of this song was real, REAL tight (it was tha 1st joint I heard from you on your Myspace back in June 2006). It went REAL good on that Nas "You Know My Style" beat. As for this version, I don't really like that beat, and tha vocals are slower. Either way, tha rhymes are really, REALLY, REALLY good!! Not bad for tha hook, and nice lil' part by Q-Tip. I'm liking it better than when I first heard it back on February 3, 2007. My Rating: 4.2

05. "Windows Over Harlem"
Well anything from here I think iz nothin' but new jointz for me. I really like tha title on this one, so I'm lookin' forward to it wit a High AL! >>> Gotta luv tha poetry in tha rhymes! Nice beat and as always, tha real nice rhymes of Amanda Diva! Feelin' tha hook. My Rating: 3.9

½time: Not bad so far. I expected a lil' better, but this iz pretty good. Your rhymes never get old/boring!!

06. "Brown Girl"
Let's hear some more rhymes!! >>> Again, I'm feelin' your rhymes. Real nice story on this one! It gets better and better as I'm typing this! REAL GOOD 1st verse! Another good hook. I like it sometimes when you switch up from tha rappin' on tha verses to tha singin' on tha hooks (or sometimes throw in tha Jamaican accent)! My Rating: 4.1

07. "New School Old Soul (Interlude)"
Lemme peep out this interlude… >>> Nice beat. Yeah tha message iz true! You do got that "old school flow wit that new school twist." Since there was no rappin' or verses, there's no rating for this. My Rating: N/A

08. "I Know (Better World)"
Let's hear some more rhymes again! >>> Not bad. Tha flowin' iz crazy tho, ESPECIALLY on Verse 2! Nice singin' on this! Yeah roll wit Amanda Diva! Tha singin' was long, but it was definitely a nice combo of rappin' and singin' on a track… "right"? Yeah. My Rating: 3.7

09. "Life To Love (Outro)"
Oh so we're up to tha outro already? What's No. 10 then? *Gets curious*… Lemme hear this outro: >>> That nice beat again, and great message again! My Rating: N/A

10. "Crazy World (Bonus Track)"
Ending it wit a bonus I see… Let's see what can be crammed into these 2 minutes, 22 seconds… >>> I dunno why there was 16 seconds of silence in tha beginning. That freestyle that you was doin' in tha beginnin' (which wasn't this one) sounded hot. This was a nice freestyle you did. I didn't expect it to be a freestyle, but it came out good. My Rating: 3.8

Overall: End Time: 12:34 AM. Not bad for a CD. Nothin' was bad, but nothin' was extremely shocking in my opinion (except tha rhymes). Keep up tha great work! I actually have another surprise comin' up for ya (prolly tomorrow).

Rankings (according to ratings):

08. "Supa Woman" 3.5
07. "Bright Lights" 3.6
06. "I Know (Better World)" 3.7
05. "Crazy World (Bonus Track)" 3.8
04. "Life Experience (Intro)" 3.9
03. "Windows Over Harlem" 3.9
02. "Brown Girl" 4.1
01. "40 MC's (Remix)" Feat. Q-Tip 4.2

Review #34: Playaz Circle "Supply & Demand"

Reviewed on 12.26.2007 (Review No. 34)

Here goes anotha CD review: I'm reviewin' my boyz Playaz Circle's latest joint "Supply And Demand" (nice title by tha way). Looking forward to it, even tho it's only about 10-12 tracks. It should've been a lot longer in my opinion, but let's see what tha boyz cooked up for tha world! Start Time: 11:33 PM

01. "Dear Mr. LA Reid"
Let's see how this starts thangz off for an intro track… >>> Smooth for a start. Pretty good. Very long for that intro (it's like 1:18, but it was good). Gotta luv Tity Boi's rhymes! "Hang like tha letter D." A great verse by him as well as a great verse by Dolla! My Rating: 4.0

02. "No. 1 Trap Pick"
I heard a sample somewhere (might've been a Youtube video clip or sumthin'), but luv that title, and I got a High AL for it!! >>> Gotta feel that beat intro! This sounds better than what I predicted/thought I heard. Sounds pretty good. I'm definitely feelin' it. "Fresh errr-day like tha 1st day of school" <- True dat! This good, although I expected a lil' more "drug related" shit on this. My Rating: 4.4

03. "Duffle Bag Boy" Feat. Lil' Wayne
Definitely one of tha biggest anthems of tha year! Hmm… I didn't think of this, but I think this might be my anthem of tha year for my 2007 Awards! Such a great collabo, great hook, but even better: PREMIERED on Music Choice Rap on my birthday (June 21st) this year! That's REALLY watz good! Tity Boi REALLY does his thang on his verse, and Dolla's verse iz real tight as well! I still don't know why everybody cut off that 14 sec. intro and that 18 sec. outro. That was uncalled for! I'm glad they kept it on here tho! I neva got sick of this song at any time, but since tha year iz ending, I had to take it off my playlist for 2008 since tha year iz winding down, and it has also been on my playlist for a whopping 26 weeks now. Plus, I think this song broke an MTV2 record for most weeks in a row @ No. 1 on tha MTV2 Hip Hop Countdown (it was No. 1 5 weeks in a row)! My Current Rating: 4.8

04. "Betta Knock" Feat. Ludacris
This one Music Choice Rap got not too long ago (I guess they playin' it as an album cut or sumthin'), but if I could remember, it was pretty tight, so lemme re-hear. I think Ludacris had good rhymes on it. >>> That 1st verse iz tight! Yeah nice mix of err-thang: tha beat, tha verses, Luda on tha hook. Yeah Tity Boi doin' his thang! Really enjoy hearin' him spittin' hot shyt! My Rating: 4.3

05. "Paper Chaser"
This that slow jam that I'm really feelin'! Music Choice Rap plays this also as an album cut! Looking forward to givin' it a rating! >>> Feelin' that hook! Good 1st verse, and nice rhymes on tha 2nd verse! Great combo also!
Gotta luv that girl computer voice at tha end! My Rating: 4.2

½time: So far on a real good track! Nothin' but bangerz!!

06. "We Workin'"
Let's see what this gon sound like! >>> By that 1st lil' intro, I knew it was gon sound hot (whoeva produced "White Gurl"). Real tight beat!! Of course Tity doin' his thang! Tight 2nd part of tha 1st verse by Dolla! Tight hook, and tight 2nd verse by tha both of them! My Rating: 4.8

07. "U Can Believe It" Feat. Ludacris
Premiered on Music Choice Rap back on February 10, 2006 @ 8:22 PM… I think this one was okay, but lemme re-hear it and give a review… >>> I think one reason I didn't catch too much to this song at first was prolly 'cause tha beat. Wasn't too big about tha beat… This might be tha next single and get re-released? Not officially sure… Decent. Nice hook tho. Sounds like it could be a good 2nd single. Way too long for an ending. It was like 1:18 long or sumthin'. My Rating: 3.6

08. "Paint Still Wet"
I think after No. 6 shocked me, I'm thinkin' this one might also shock me. Nice title, and High AL! >>> Beat sounds good, so I'm definitely lookin' good! Sounds like a P$C type of song. I see they redid tha UGK line by sayin' "she don't wanna freak me, she wanna freak my car." Tha hook iz pretty good, and that was a nice 1st verse by Dolla. Wow real good verse by Tity! Rippin' tha damn thang!! Yeah Tity Boi continuing tha damn thang! Great 3rd verse by tha both of them! Damn these jointz hot!! My Rating: 4.3

09. "Outlaw"
Yeah for another brand new joint for me! High AL!! >>> Ooh tha intro kicked in hard! Tha beat iz real nice wit that rock mixed in (tha right way that iz)! Hook ain't that bad. Looks like Dolla spittin' his verse pretty good! Lookin' forward to hearin' Tity Boi! Yeah he continuing again wit that HOT SHYT wit his flow!! Greatness! My Rating: 4.2

10. "Gucci Bag" Feat. Shawnna
This one (according to Music Choice) was originally released in '05. Lemme review it 'cause I never really heard it (except once on Music Choice R&B And Hip-Hop - they added it recently). >>> Tha beat iz nice, and tha hook iz good. Yeah that hook iz growin'. Nice verse by Tity Boi again. Oh yeah this was tha joint where Shawnna doin' her thang on tha flow! Really feelin' it! My Rating: 4.2

11. "Let Me Fly"
(Without lookin' at tha title just yet) Wonder what tha ending gon be like… *Looks* Iz this gon be a slow type of jam? Let's see… >>> Intro really threw me off in a bad way! Sorry but I'm not feelin' this really… Can be a real song, but not my type at all… Not feelin' tha gurl in tha background at all… Very good for an ending song and a nice real type of song, but definitely not for me at a go
od moment. My Rating: 2.0

Overall: End Time: 12:32 AM. This must've been tha quickest review I've done (59 minutes). There should've been a whole lot more songs… This could be "Album Of Tha Year" for me… Damn this album was REAL good!! Loved it! I REALLY HOPE Playaz Circle stay around for a real long time! They been already around for 10 years, but I hope they keep doin' they thang! In my opinion, DEFINITELY, tha "Duffle Bag Boyz" are here to stay!!!

Rankings (according to ratings):

11. "Let Me Fly" 2.0
10. "U Can Believe It" Feat. Ludacris 3.6
09. "Dear Mr. LA Reid" 4.0
08. "Outlaw" 4.2
07. "Gucci Bag" Feat. Shawnna 4.2
06. "Paper Chaser" 4.2
05. "Betta Knock" Feat. Ludacris 4.3
04. "Paint Still Wet" 4.3
03. "No. 1 Trap Pick" 4.4
02. "Duffle Bag Boy" Feat. Lil' Wayne 4.8
01. "We Workin'" 4.8

^ I prolly should've flipped No. 3 wit No. 4. "Paint Still Wet" was real good, especially since it was longer. I'm SO glad I reviewed this CD!!! Playaz Circle, keep doin' yo thang!!!

Review #33: A-Mar "My Gutta Wayz"

Reviewed on 12.20.2007 (Review No. 33)

Here goes my review for A-Mar's CD "My Gutta Wayz". Thanx to my dawg Jimmy The DJ for sendin' it to me as a bonus. 'Preciate that. Start Time: 9:24 PM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you sound like anything too mainstream for me or have auto-tune in your vocals, I’m not buyin’ it!

© 2007 CD Review (Review #33) reviewed on 12.20.2007 by FrankieThaLuckyDog.

01. "What You Know 'Bout Me"
Let's see how this joint's gonna kick this thang off! >>> Very good intro music! Lil' Boosie's brother? Nah I'm just playin', lol. Yeah he does sound like Lil' Boosie, and this iz sounding good. Real good rhymes, real good flow, and real good sounding! Great way to start this shit off! My Rating: 4.4

02. "I Ain't Playin'"
Wit a flow like tha one you got, I'm sure you ain't playin'. After that first joint, I got a High AL now for this joint due to that. >>> Yes more on tha gangsta side of thangs! More of a Webbie flow wit a Lil' Boosie voice on this joint. That's a real nice mix fa'real! Looks like this mixtape gon be consistant by tha looks of this and tha previous joint! My Rating: 4.3

03. "Beat It Up"
Yeah my boy A-Mar 'bout to kick sum MA'FUCKIN' ASS!!!!!!!!!!! >>> Let's see what he does on tha Yung Joc/Nitti beat… Like that line "fuckin' around in traffic." I'm likin' his rework of "It's Goin' Down". My Rating: 4.0

04. "Thug In Me" Feat. Young Hustle
Looking forward to this collab! High AL! >>> Lol… It's "Shoulder Lean" beat. Let's see what goes on wit this… Like tha rework on this too! "Hang around tha drug spots, that's tha thug in me" I like that. Good start by Young Hustle! "First I let my nuts hang, then I let my glock pop, then I let tha ma'fuckin' slap in tha whip knock." My Rating: 4.2

05. "Thug Cry" Feat. Dyl
After all these reworks, I'm guessin' this iz gonna be a rework of Z-Ro's "Man Cry"? *Gets a drink and comes back in 90 seconds…* >>> Naw close… Looks like it gon be a rework of Jay-Z's "Song Cry" >>> I thought I was goin' to dislike this for a second, but it's soundin' good 'cause A-Mar knows how to FUCKIN' rhyme!! That was good, so I gotta give it a thumbs up! My Rating: 4.0

06. "Handle Ya Beef" Feat. Young Phat & Kid
This looks like it's gon be a good collab! Looking forward!! >>> Yeah u tha "lil' one in tha back countin' yo cash" fa'sho! Great verse (of course) by A-Mar! Wow what an EXCELLENT start on Verse 2! "AK 47, 45, Mack 11, Toota Roota 38, 22, Smith N' Wessun, Desert Eagle…" That shit was REAL tight back 2 back on tha flow!! Shit thank God I'm hearing 76 minutes of A-Mar right now wit this mixtape! It's tha shit! A-Mar keep doin' yo MA'FUCKIN' THANG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *Cries* Tha song iz ending!! Real good song right there!! My Rating: 4.7

07. "My Gutta Wayz"
Aight title track, and looking forward (of course)! >>> I knew it was gonna be a rework 'cause of tha short length. Yeah I feel you on this. You may be sorry for yo gutta wayz, but at least they paid off fo thangz! My Rating: 4.0

08. "BR Boyz 2" Feat. Dyl
Baton Rouge stand tha FUCK UP!!!!! >>> Lil' old beat from 8 Ball & MJG "You Don't Want Drama" '04 style! Looks like it might sound like classic 'cause of tha '04 beat… Let's see… Really likin' that chorus mayne! It took a while for A-Mar to come on, but it was still good. My Rating: 3.8

09. Full Throttle Entertainment "Do Somethin'"
Let's see what FTE's got on this… >>> That dude (not A-Mar) on tha hook's killin' it! Shit that was real good for a hook boy! Like that "meal ticket mission" line. That fuckin' hook! I love it!!! Pretty good 2nd hook! Was really feelin' that dude (I think he's tha same one on tha hook) in tha 1st ½ of tha 2nd hook. Yeah tha hook again!! "More toys than a lil' kids closet" Nice line! "Catch a fuckin' round like a boxing match" Another nice line back 2 back! My Rating: 4.6

10. "Crank It Up" Feat. Black Vynm, Sleepy & Dee-1
Look at this collabo, and PLEASE be a rework of tha David Banner/Static joint!! High AL! >>> Oh it's not, but it looks like it's gon be sum fiya wit a nice underground beat! That was a nice verse by Black Vynm. Nice underground club banger wit a different/good twist! Of course, tha master a.k.a. A-Mar killin' it! "This iz how we life shawty, we gon keep it real" Shit that's another fuckin' good hook! Shit… This FUCKIN' MIXTAPE iz ON FIRE!!! My Rating: 4.4

½ Time:
Holy shit!!! I think this iz tha BEST 1st ½ I've EVA had for a CD/mixtape! All but one joint got at least a 4.0 rating! A-Mar tha underground king of Baton Rouge, fa'real!

11. "U Don't Live Like I Live"
Yeah I know why… 'cause you're a fuckin' underground king! High AL on this joint! >>> Nice on tha "real" tip, just like wit how Lil' Wayne did on it originally. "Make it roll like dice" A thumbs up for that line. My Rating: 3.9

12. "My Dawgs"
A favorite title/subject of mine (Wes Fif did tha joint during tha Spring of this yer recently), so yeah, I got a High AL on this! >>> Yeah doin' err-thang wit yo dawgs! That's watz good. I try to do err-thang I can wit my dawgs, but they don't seem to connect wit me that much sadly. Wes Fif's song wit tha same title'll prolly never be beaten, but your's iz good too. My Rating: 4.2

13. "Keep It In The Studio" Feat. Young Hustle
Yeah tha return of Young Hustle! Got a High AL on this one too, and yeah, you better "keep it in tha studio" for now 'cause if it gets out, it'll be takin' ova tha whole rap game due to how GOOD A-Mar iz!! >>> Ooh tha beat iz soundin' cool. Yeah Young Hustle gon be one of tha next ones to blow ma'fucka! That was tight, ESPECIALLY wit Young Hustle on tha track! My Rating: 4.3

14. "Flow"
Let's see this quickie… >>> That was a pretty good lil' flow right there. My Rating: 3.7

15. "Mama"
>>> Nice sequel to No. 7. Was feelin' tha whole sequel thing and tha rhymes! My Rating: 3.8

16. "Down 2 Ride" Feat. JB & Young Hustle
Was thinkin' No. 16 was gonna look good, and its got Young Hustle on it!! Yeah I got a whole lot of AL for this! It gon be tha shit I know it!!! >>> Ooh "Ridin' Rims" beat… Nice verse by A-Mar and great 2nd verse! That hook iz nice. Sounds real good, and sounds like it grows on ya. My Rating: 4.1

17. "For The Money" Feat. Dyl
$ $ $ $ $ >>> Nice 1st verse by Dyl. That hook iz good. It's all about tha money mayne! My Rating: 3.9

18. "Let Me In"
Let's see watz good wit this joint… >>> Let's see how crunk this iz wit "Get Crunk" in tha background… Yeah you gotta get in! I agree wit u. "Treat my hataz like my dice, dawg, I'm shakin' 'em up!" Nice line. Tight flowin' on that classic beat. My Rating: 4.1

19. "What U Know 'Bout Me (Chopped & Screwed)"
Oh so these are bonuses huh? Looking forward to this C&S of that 1st HOT joint from this mixtape! >>> Now instead of Lil' Boosie, you soundin' like one of them dudes (from Wacko & Skip out tha N.O.; not sure which one). This was real good C&Sin', although tha voice could be a lil' more screwed… My Rating: 4.3

20. "Handle Ya Beef (Chopped & Screwed)" Feat. Young Phat & Kid
And what song was this again…? Oh this was my favorite from tha mixtape! Ooh so you know I'm really lookin' forward to hearin' it C&S style! >>> Sounded good, although I prefer tha original regular verison. My Rating: 4.1

21. "BR Boyz 2 (Chopped & Screwed)" Feat. Dyl
And tha finally joint/finally joint C&S style… >>> This sounded nice C&S. I think I'm goin' to rate it higher than I rated tha original version. My Rating: 4.0

Overall:
End Time: 11:18 PM. Wow what a mixtape! I sure did enjoy that! Once again, thanx so much to my dawg Jimmy The DJ for sendin' me this joint as a bonus! That was REALLY worth it. And no offense, but this mixtape was better than tha "Gangsta Gumbo Vol. 1", but I gotta give that one credit 'cause that's how I found out who A-Mar was, ya dig? So yeah, this iz definitely one of tha best reviews I've done! A-Mar and Young Hustle are tha next to blow, ya feel me!!

Review #31: Jimmy The DJ "Gangsta Gumbo Vol. 1 (Hosted by Dee-1)"

Reviewed on 11.27.2007 (Review No. 31)

Watz good Jimmy The DJ, my homie. This yo boy Frankie. Here goes my review for tha "Gangsta Gumbo Vol. 1" mixtape. By tha way, to prove that I really wanna listen to this mixtape, I'm POST-PONING doing BOTH my Ethics paper that I have to fix, as well as my Macroeconomics test that I still have to do (which I can use my notes and do it at my house due to I'm Autistic, and got a lot of shit to do wit Ethics). Either way, I'm really anticipated for this because I don't know what to expect… I didn't read tha tracklisting (which I usually don't at first), and I'm looking forward to hearing some new talent, ESPECIALLY outta tha N.O.!

I will rate each song from 1.0 – 4.0. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings (if a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already), so any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before " >>> " iz what I'm sayin' before I listen to tha song, and anything after I type " >>> " iz what I think of tha song while I'm listening to it. So here it goes, and at tha end, I'll tell you one main reason why I really wanted this mixtape (tha first reason was 'cause of tha dope cover). Start Time: 10:01 PM.

© 2007 CD Review (Review #31) reviewed on 11.27.2007 by FrankieThaLuckyDog.

01. "Intro"
Aight a :30 intro. I won't rate this due to there's prolly not gonna be a rap in it, but lemme see wat it sounds like: >>> Intro just gets me more anticipated to hear tha mixtape! My Rating: N/A

02. Dee-1 "Murder Capitol"
Aight here it goes 1st song, new rapper to me, so High AL (anticipation level)! >>> Nice start. Tha beat has it goin' on at different parts, and I'm liking that. Tha hook sounds pretty good for a start. Nice 1st verse. Good 2nd & 3rd verse! I actually can't get enough of that hook, it's real tight! Oh real nice speeding tempo at tha end! My Rating: 4.1

03. Nu$$ie Feat. Skull Duggery "Dumb Way"
Like tha title, and tha rapper names seem cool, so another High AL! >>> Ooh Nu$$ie sounds pretty good on his part. Nice verse by him, and nice line "call me Nu$$ie Bad Azz." Nice hook. Sounded a lil' like a "Wipe Me Down" beat in tha background. 2nd verse was good, but 3rd verse iz soundin' real good. Good joint as well! My Rating: 3.9

04. Lil' Witness "You Right"
Got some more High AL! >>> Real nice smooth beat intro! He's got a good flow, and this iz somethin' I think I would like. Nice hook! Sounded like another speeded ending. My Rating: 4.0

05. Team Yea Yea "Woozy"
Let's see… >>> Sounds like a club banger. This one sounds better than most club bangers out now. Good verses and hook for a club banger. My Rating: 3.8

06. Sleep Feat. Big Gill & Kuale Boy "House Shoes"
Let's see this 3 way collaboration; looking forward! >>> That sound effect from Soulja Boy/"Ain't Gon Let Up"/"PB&J" that I like. This iz okay for me… My Rating: 3.5

07. B-Raw Feat. Gutta "Parking Lot 2 Picture Booth"
Could be good. Let's find out… >>> Ooh tha beat iz bangin'!! Shit this iz bangin'!! B-Raw kickin' sum mu'fuckin' ass!! DEFINITELY lucky no. 7 on tha mixtape!! My Rating: 4.6

08. Young Tre "In Da Hood"
I think Dirty South Radio has this (I saw them play a Young Tre song yesterday). I think this iz Bohagon's dude? Not really sure, but High AL iz what I'm sure of! >>> Nice that it did tha same sample as what Brisco did (tha Bun B sample from Webbie, Lil' Boosie & Bun B's "Show Ya Tattoos (Remix)" from 2005). Nice beat, and pretty good on tha flow. I like that it's a lil' slower than tha Brisco/Lil' Wayne joint. Pretty good. He sounds very slightly like Lil' Wayne on tha vocals. Nice lil' line at tha end "fresh 'bauds, white tee." I like seein' rappers/people wit Girbauds. That's really watz good. They're my favorite type of pants, and I love 'em. My Rating: 3.8
EDIT: My bad, this ain't Bohagon's dude (that's Playboy Tre); this dude's cool though.

09. Konfidence Feat. Pikasso "The Anthem"
It's all about "tha anthems"!! Right now 2 jointz got it goin' on wit tha title "Anthem". One joint iz Pitbull/Lil' Jon, and tha other one iz a vocal trance song by Filo & Peri/Eric Lumiere. Both bangin', so let's see if this can be tha 3rd! >>> Good intro so far! Good verses, and great hook! Beat iz bangin'! Like tha beginning of tha hook "runnin' from tha kush." 3rd verse was on point! My Rating: 4.1
EDIT: Neva mind, it's "blunted from tha kush;" that's tight right there!

10. A-Mar & Dyl "Knock 'Em Out"
High AL, and I see it's A-Mar, tha dude who's mixtape you gave me as a bonus (his 2005 mixtape "My Gutta Wayz"). Lookin' forward to that, but let's get into this! >>> Odd sounding in tha beat background, but it should be good! Very Lil' Boosieish on tha vocals. Not bad. I damn near lost my mood for tha song due to I kept screwin' up in this video game I was playin' on my computer (Diddy Kong Racing for Nintendo 64), but tha joint turned out nice still. My Rating: 3.7

11. Lil' Boosie Feat. SCC "Livin' What I'm Spittin'"
Oh speaking of Mr. Bad Azz here he iz. Looking forward to a new joint of his, especially wit a feature! Very High AL!!! >>> Real nice verse by Boosie. Soundin' great. Nice rhymes throughout tha whole song! My Rating: 4.4

12. "Skit"
Right in time for tha ½ time! >>> Oh that's you Jimmy. That's watz good. 'Preciate you droppin' by. My Rating: N/A

Halftime: So far so good. I hope it stays that way. Hopefully there's at least 1 more shocking joint like No. 7!

13. Dee-1 Feat. Zella & La La "Priceless"
Aight let's see if he holds it down on this joint as well! >>> Decent start. What's wit that girl throughout tha hook? Sounds pretty good. For some reason I'm starting to loss interest? I don't know why… My Rating: 3.5

14. JD Killa "Red Bandana"
>>> Nice beginning. Really like that laugh in tha beginning. I have that sound effect on my iPod, and it's funny. Looking forward to hearing! Cheesy sample on tha hook! Feelin' tha lyrics to tha hook, but that sample has to go! Tha song came out pretty good tho on tha verses. Nice "yeah boy" (Public Enemy sample) at tha end! My Rating: 3.7
EDIT: Didn't mean to criticize it at first; I think it's a cool joint.

15. Sleepy "Believe Me"
I hope I believe it's good. Not sure what to expect. >>> I had a feeling I wasn't gonna feel it. Didn't catch on. I don't have any interest. My Rating: 2.6

16. STS Records "I Can Make You Famous"
Usually No. 16 iz a real good joint most of tha time for me when it comes to me reviewing shit, so hopefully this'll revive that incident of No. 15! >>> Like tha speed of tha track, but hopefully it catches on… Hehe… he mentioned Girbauds… This iz not sounding like a Louisiana song or a dirty south song… Reminds me of LL Cool J "Headsprung" wit tha flowing. My Rating: 3.4

17. Shome "Closer"
Maybe this'll revive tha mixtape? >>> Sounds good on tha intro. Nice and slow. Oh no female sample. I don't really go for those female samples, especially high pitched. Great rhymes, but not my type of song unfortunately. Oh yeah nice speeding at tha end. My Rating: 2.5

18. VL Mike "Ether (B.G. Diss)"
Oh no… a B.G. diss! Sorry, but not looking forward! >>> Booo… thumbs down to tha "Ether" beat no less… Wow he's mad… I like his temper. My Rating: 3.0

19. J-Balla "Showin' Up"
Aight maybe this'll make a come back. I have a High AL finally so let's have faith in it!! >>> Nice start, and more wit tha Girbauds! Real nice hook fa'real! J-Balla be ballin'! Oh really feelin' tha 2nd verse!! "I'm on my shit, I be showin' up!" <- That's tha shit right there!! What a comeback to tha mixtape!! And nice that instead of speedin' up, it was slowin' down towards tha end! My Rating: 4.5

20. Nuttiochie Boyz "Like We Jigg"
Maybe a club banger? Hope this mixtape ends wit bangers!! >>> Crunk rock start… I like tha 1st verse, and all that "ya'll niggas can't jig like we jig"ness. Another mention to Girbauds when he said "'baud pants" at 2:23. My Rating: 3.5

21. Shome "New Orleans Freestyle"
She's back again…? Hopefully some fire… outta a freestyle. >>> Not really feelin' tha beat (it sounds like Jay-Z's "Encore" or "Show Me What You Got". Not sure which one). She does flow good on it, and that was real short, so I guess it gets a thumbs up. My Rating: 3.3

22. Sleep Feat. Big Gill & Kuale Boy "Check Us Out"
Aight I'll check you out again. Heard tha beginning of tha beat on accident, but it sounded real dope, so I got a High AL! >>> Yeah tha beat iz dope! That's a good line for when you wanna spread your music around "gon check us out, we from tha south!" Great production on tha track! Sounded pretty good throughout tha song. My Rating: 4.0

23. The Steppaz "Step Up"
Cool… Why not, a High AL. >>> Good beat start! I guess it's pretty good sounding. Good hook. My Rating: 4.2

24. B-Raw "Freestyle"
Okay how will it end wit only 1:02 remaining? I think there should've been an outro, but I heard tha 1st second of this, and it was tha "Make 'Em Say Ugh" beat. Let's see what he did to it. >>> Too cold of an ending, but he did his thang. My Rating: 3.7

Overall: End Time: 11:53 PM. Not bad for tha 1st time hearing a "Gangsta Gumbo" mixtape! Beginning was real dope, but then it went downhill on about ½ of tha 2nd ½. At least there was that one surprise that I was expecting on tha 2nd ½, and it was at No. 19! And here's that main reason why I got tha mixtape: I'm currently goin' to college, and I'm on my 3rd semester. During tha 2nd semester, I met this dude Jeff Gumbs, and we became cool. During tha 3rd semester I wanted to build my friendship wit him, and when I wanted this mixtape from you, we were cool. About ONE WEEK LATER, he didn't stick up for me (like a friend should – I told this dude Tressor off 'cause he was talkin' shit to me, and Jeff was laughin' while it happened. Then when I mentioned it to Jeff on Facebook, he was like "I ain't fuckin' protectin' you!! What tha hell do I look like?? You want everyone to be all nice to you, but here you are givin' niggas tha finger and shit"), and he told me to not write him anymore on Facebook, so since 10.19.2007, I never talked/wrote him. It's like WTF? I'm one of tha best/nicest people in tha world! Yesterday I gave my mom $80 and a $20 lottery ticket as an early Christmas present! What person does that these dayz? He don't know what he's missing! He used me 'cause I had his back when it came to missing class. I gave him tha notes, I burned him mixtapes and shit like that, and I get this in return? Whatever… I told him I was Autistic, and I think that ruined our friendship sadly. He thinks I use my disability as an excuse for everything? I do use it for a lot of things, but shit, he's an asshole. At least his name and tha name of this mixtape compilation sparked tha attention of mine to get this mixtape, and I'm glad I got it from you/glad I talked to you those times. I heard better mixtapes in tha past, but yours still gets a thumbs up from me. Keep doin' yo thang, and prolly later this week hopefully I'll check out A-Mar's "My Gutta Wayz". And now, here are tha rankings (according to ratings):

Rankings (According to Ratings):

22. Shome "Closer" 2.5
21. Sleepy "Believe Me" 2.6
20. VL Mike "Ether (B.G. Diss)" 3.0

02. J-Balla "Showin' Up" 4.5
01. B-Raw Feat. Gutta "Parking Lot 2 Picture Booth" 4.6

^ Pretty good that 8 songs had at least a 4.0 rating. "Dumb Way" I rated a 3.9, but that was close to a 4.0 rating. Hope you like my review.

Review #28: Soulja Boy Tell 'Em "Souljaboytellem.com"

Reviewed on 10.14.2007 (Review No. 28)

Aight Soulja Boy, you might be in trouble now… here goes my review for Soulja Boy's "Souljaboytellem.com"; Start Time: 8:38 PM:

01. "Intro"
Really, what iz it gonna sound like????? >>> Uh no… What's all those "ahhh"'s??? Cheesy copy & pasting!! CHEESE!!! Actual Intro Rating: 1.1 | My Rating: N/A

02. "Crank That (Soulja Boy)"

Originally called "Crank Dat Soulja Boy". This tha clean version (which sometimes I like better). Still cheesy… By now, I still listen to it & watch tha video. I don't hate it… I hated it at first tho. Those are sum CHEESY background vocals!! I will not rate it just yet. I need to hear tha other songs first to determine my rating.
EDIT: Actual Song Rating: 1.6 | My Rating: 3.6

03. "Sidekick"

Here we go wit tha first song of his I never heard before… Tha usual title, even tho I like. Expecting some cheese, but not sure of what kind… >>> What a cheesy beat… Hey, I actually like tha chorus. I don't mind tha repetitiveness. Still, there were 2 sidekick songs out recently. "Hit Me On My Sidekick" by S.B.E. and tha Hot Dollar "Sidekick" joint. Still, this izn't tha dirty south music that I knew from tha past *goes back to tha dayz of B.G.'s "Livin' Legend" CD…* Actual Song Rating: 2.5 | My Rating: 4.2

04. "Snap And Roll"

I already don't like tha title… *Gulp* >>> NOOOOOOOOOO!!! Not a combination of that "rock" trend & tha snap music!! Ahhh… BAD CHORUS!!! Can we finally have a definition of "yuuugh"?? Tha fuck this sounds too loud! I wish I would turn it off now, but I gotta hear tha whole song for a full review. Way too repetitive, and annoying!! Actual Song Rating: 1.0 | My Rating: 1.0

05. "Bapes" Feat. Arab

Oh no this song, that gets FUCKIN' stuck in my brain!!! >>> "I got me sum Bathin' Apes…" "I got me sum Bathin' Apes…" "I got me sum Bathin' Apes…" "I got me sum Bathin' Apes…" "I got me sum Bathin' Apes…" Aight who gives a fuck about tha girls… ain't it all about your shoes??? This song has no way of hookin' someone into gettin' interest in it at all… Actual Song Rating: 1.2 | My Rating: 3.6

06. "Let Me Get Em"

Let's see if you can get 'em on this one Soujla Boy… >>> Boo @ tha snapping! Stop tha shooting!! You're not gangsta to be shooting! Too cheesy for me. NO INTEREST! Actual Song Rating: 1.0 | My Rating: 1.1

07. "Donk"

WTF… ??? >>> More cheese, but it's tha one that's been rotting for months… YUCK!! He's attempting too hard to try and make that dance-rap music. C'mon now, IT'S NOT WORKING!!! What's wit all tha repetitiveness…? I WANT YOUR MONEY SOULJA BOY!! GIMME IT…! WHY DO YOU THINK YOU DESERVE ALL THAT MONEY YOU GOT??!??? WHY??!?!? Actual Song Rating: 1.2 | My Rating: 1.2

Halftime:
Shit, that's ½ time already… not looking good at all. I know "Sidekick"'ll easily be my favorite… I don't think anything'll be better… or even close!

08. "Yahhh!" Feat. Arab

I think I better hide somewhere before pressing "play"… >>> Shit how funny, but so cheesy… … LMAO @ all tha "yahhh!"'s! Too funny… Oh Soulja Boy, you can't get any sleep… ain't that too bad. You GET WHAT YOU PAID 4! Actual Song Rating: 2.2 | My Rating: 3.8

09. "Pass It To Arab" Feat. Arab

Oh no, why this sample??? >>> Shit, no!! This sounds so useless!!! Tha fuck wit all those DFB "yup! Yup! Yup!"'s. Iz that called for? Soulja Boy just loves his repetitiveness huh? SMH… Actual Song Rating: 1.0 | My Rating: 1.4

10. "Soulja Girl" Feat. I-15

Although a great 2nd single for Soulja Boy, it's still so fucking cheesy to get a gurl to like you. "Hey gurl, can you yuuugh for me? C'mon!!! Fucking YUUUGH already!! That's tha only way you can be my gurl mane! Yuuugh!!!" Cheesy… Tha beat sounds kinda childish tho… Actual Song Rating: 2.3 | My Rating: 3.9

11. "Booty Meat"

Here we go wit another crazy-ass, cheesy-ass title! >>> Snapping kills it already… Bad beat… wit bad booty meat on top! Stealin' tha whole "laffy taffy" chorus idea… I have no interest in this useless song whatsoever… Actual Song Rating: 1.0 | My Rating: 1.0

12. "Report Card"

For some reason I wanna hear this, but that title iz kinda cheesy… I like it tho. >>> Why tha fuck would you want some "D"'s on yo report card? I would like some "A"'s, matter'a'fact, throw some "A+"'s on my bitch aight!! Lol @ him sayin' "dawg"… I don't think that was necessary. Tha hell's tha point of making a version of "Throw Some D's"? Kanye did it FREESTYLIN' style! Actual Song Rating: 1.8 | My Rating: 3.6

13. "She Thirsty"

People be makin' fun of tha titles… Yeah they are corny (pretty much most of 'em). >>> Fuck being thirsty. I rather have gurls craving… I actually am liking tha beat. He really needs to stop being so repetitive… Cheesy… Actual Song Rating: 1.1 | My Rating: 2.4

14. "Don't Get Mad"

Ending song, let's see… >>> Nothing special… This ain't real talk unfortunately Soulja Boy. Those kids were uncalled for at tha end. Actual Song Rating: 1.4 | My Rating: 1.2

Overall:
End Time: 9:55 PM. Yeah that was pathetic… NO EXPANSION wit tha subject matter WHATSOEVER!! Everything was pretty much about tha same shit. Nothing special at all. Mike Jones "Who Is Mike Jones?" >>>>>>>>> Soulja Boy "Souljaboytellem.com". By tha way Soulja Boy, I don't hate you. I don't dislike you either. I just think this CD was an embarassment. You're gonna have a lot of people hatin' on you… Work on yourself a lot and use some skillz.

PATHETIC Rankings (according to my ratings):

13. "Snap And Roll" 1.0

12. "Booty Meat" 1.0
11. "Let Me Get Em" 1.1
10. "Don't Get Mad" 1.2
09. "Donk" 1.2
08. "Pass It To Arab" Feat. Arab 1.4
07. "She Thirsty" 2.4
06. "Bapes" Feat. Arab 3.6
05. "Crank That (Soulja Boy)" 3.6
04. "Report Card" 3.6
03. "Yahhh!" Feat. Arab 3.8
02. "Soulja Girl" Feat. I-15 3.9
01. "Sidekick" 4.2

^ Those are really sum PATHETIC rankings! 6 out of 14 of tha songs had a 1.0-1.9 rating… damn! That's really terrible! No High AL's (high anticipation levels), and only one song that had at least a 4.0 rating…

EDIT on 1.19.2008: Like I said, I don't hate you Soulja Boy, nor do I dislike you as a person. With that being said, I saw tha new video "Yahhh!" featuring Arab and I gotta tell you: I LOVE IT!! Now if you can keep doing videos & songs like this (that have an extreme amount of humor), I'll like your music. If you go tha wrong route (wit tha songs I disliked on tha CD), then I won't be interested, but keep up tha humor songs/videos!!

Review #27: That Memphis Kid "Bump Music Vol. 1"

Reviewed on 10.13.2007 (Review No. 27)

Aight Memphis Kid I'm tired as fuck right now, but I'mma review your mixtape finally, so here it goes: my review for That Memphis Kid's "Bump Music Vol. 1". I know I reviewed some songs in tha past, but I'mma review 'em again. Ratings of 1.0-5.0 will be given out. 1.0 iz tha lowest (meaning it's wack), while 4.0 itself iz a very good rating. However, to determine which joint iz my favorite, or close to, I will try to raise each song up to a 5.0 rating (which I rarely give out a 5.0). Start Time: 8:54 PM

01. "Intro"

Aight let's see tha intro… I like tha echo effect. Good start for an intro. Since there was no rapping, there's no rating. My Rating: N/A

02. "Who You Know"

I remember this one. Lemme rehear for a review… >>> Yeah like I said, tha beat iz pure-fiya!! I like that consistent flow too! Yeah other people "wanna live their life just like you." Even tho it sounds repetitive at one point, I still can see this song being real nice to listen to. I give it a thumbs up, especially for that beat. My Rating: 4.2

03. "Addressin' The Situation"

This one might be new for me so High AL (anticipation level). >>> Oh it's a skit, but I have a feeling tha next song iz that song where you're immitatting someone acting like a pussy at tha end (forgot what it's called for now)? Let's see… My Rating: N/A

04. "Roastin' Boys"

Yeah I remember that title, and yeah I was correct, this iz tha song! Another great beat! Yeah LOVE tha immitatting once again at tha end!! You did it good (I'm sure other people would do it aight, but sound stupid), and good look on tha "BIATCHHHHH!!!!" part at tha end too! My Rating: 4.1

05. "4th Of July"

Okay now I think this iz tha official first new song for me, so let's see why it's tha "4th Of July"… >>> Nice intro wit tha beat (sounding different, but real good again). Okay I see. You be havin' big things poppin' like tha 4th. Nice verse again, although that's kinda short (shorter than tha last song). My Rating: 4.0

06. "Get Rich Or Die Tryin' (Hey)"

Let's see how you do on this 50 Cent titled song… >>> A lil' slower I see… I thought I wasn't gonna be so interested at first, but I like that hook! Yeah I'm definitely feelin' this for a slow jam. My Rating: 4.0

07. "Step Outta Line"

Might've heard this one too before… >>> Yeah I remember… Too bad it's only 1:38. L Nice mix of ol' skool Paul Wall in tha vocals on this one. Yeah it should've been longer… way too short. My Rating: 3.8

08. "Where Dem Hatas At"

To answer tha title's question, they're ready to hate on you 'cause they ain't got yo skillz! >>> Oh yeah this another oldie for me. I think this was my 2nd favorite out of tha 1st 4 songs I reviewed from you. I like how you put this song after those other 2 'cause this picks up tha pace. That sound in tha beat iz too repetitive throughout tha whole song, but other than that, gotta feel tha subject of tha song. My Rating: 4.1

09. "Beat Yo Azz"

Yeahhhhhh for tha T.I. sample song!! >>> Yeah great hook, but I'm not feelin' that length kinda (1:50). It's still great overall, so it gets my good rating. I like all those "dawg" parts right before tha end. That's watz good dawg. My Rating: 4.2

10. "Commandin' Respect"

Yeah you got all my respect all day, errr-day. >>> Great beat again. Good 2 verses. Nice hook. My Rating: 3.7

11. "Ain't Gon Let The South Die"

Nice title, and naw, tha south ain't gon die!! High AL! >>> Oh it's just another skit. Nice message. My Rating: N/A

Halftime:
So far it's real good. Shit, I think I took at least 3 breaks in between to get a drink. That's how hot tha mixtape iz so far, lol!! Looking forward to seeing what's next!!

12. "I'm The Reason" Feat. Shrimp

Okay a collabo (1st one). Let's see what this "shrimphead" has goin' on wit you. High AL >>> Another kick-ass beat!! Looking forward to hearing more! A fast flow on this one! Oh real nice start on Shrimp!! Shrimp did his ma'FUCKIN' thang!!! Nice part on you. No offense, but Shrimp "shrimped" you on this joint. Looks like this one iz my favorite so far. REAL NICE start to tha 2nd ½ of tha mixtape!! My Rating: 4.7

13. "I Got That Bump"

Speaking of favorite, this was my 1st favorite out of those 4 songs I first reviewed for you. Looking forward to rehearing. I remember it having a real nice underground beat as well. >>> FUCKIN' HOT BEAT!!! Shit this iz such a GREAT start for tha 2nd ½!! This song reminds me of some other song when it comes to tha hook (forgot what that song was… shit…). Oh yeah I remember… it was from tha DJ Hollywood/Dirty South Radio "All About The South 4" mixtape. A joint by GN Players called "Riden South". Nearly tha same beat, which makes me really like. My Rating: 4.4

14. "Dynomite"

Remember this, but I'm gonna have to re-hear it… >>> That "PB&J" / Soulja Boy / D.G. Yola sound effect in it that I like. Oh yeah this was that anthem for tha gurlz. In fact, it's a REAL great anthem for tha gurlz! Yeah this song iz bangin'! My Rating: 4.3

15. "38 Caliber"

Let's see what you're packin' on this joint… >>> Mane… slow start, slow beat, but sounds like it gon be hot! Wow real slow on tha flow… This slowness iz gonna make me fall asleep, lol. ZzzzZzzZzzzzzZZZzzzZzzz… Nah I'm just playin'. Yeah this iz too slow, and that beat sound iz gettin' too repetitive again… Nice lyrics tho (as always). My Rating: 3.6

16. "Just One Line"

Hopefully you don't have "just one verse" on this song, but let's see what it's like… >>> Nice Summerjammin'-mainstream-Memphis type of beat. This iz decent for me. My Rating: 3.5

17. "I'm The Cleanest"

Yes you are, but DEFINITELY when it comes to beats!! High AL! >>> Not bad start… I'm bobbin' my head to this shit right now. Nice hook. Nice subject too. My Rating: 3.8

18. "Ain't No Disrespect"

>>> A long song… Too long, repetitive, and tha beat ain't really shocking as well, although tha 3rd verse had some life to tha song… My Rating: 3.4

19. "Two Fists"

Like tha title, so High AL, and I hope it's somethin' that's goin' to shock me, and pick up tha pace again! >>> Acapella start… *hopes for a good beat* Okay pretty good beat. Nice line: "get mo green than Peter Pan." I dunno if it's me bein' tired, but I'm not leavin' much feedback right now… I dunno. Another decent track. My Rating: 3.7

20. "Killin' It"

Now are you "killin' it" on this track 'cause I know you're "killin' it" on your own mixtape?! >>> Cool beat… Nice fastness… I thought it was over during that interlude in tha middle, but I'm glad you're spittin' another verse. My Rating: 3.9

21. "Last Of The Real"

Let's see… >>> Nice beat, and yeah, fuck all those fake-ass bitches. Nice lyrics, including that nice hook. My Rating: 3.8
EDIT: Great ending song!

22. "Outro"

Let's see tha outro… >>> Thumbs up to that echoing again. Yeah tha trunk was put to work. Good outro. My Rating: N/A

Overall:
End Time: 10:22 PM. Yeah that was a hell of a mixtape mayne! Sorry I had my lil' tiredness towards tha end, but overall, that was some great shit!! And I know most of tha beats are from you, so in that case, you are a beast on tha beats, as well as a beast on tha mic! I gotta give you major props on that ya dig! Here goes my rankings:

Review #25: Natureboy Rowe "Texas Sensation"

Reviewed On 8.17.2007 (Review No. 25)

Okay Natureboy - This iz tha 2nd mixtape I'm checkin' out from ya (I checked out "Dallas Hottest Commodity" back in tha Fall of '06, but I never thought of giving a review for it) - This iz my review for "Texas Sensation" mixtape - Before I go, I'm going to rate tha songs on how much I like each one on a first listen, and what I currently think of them - Any song I've played/heard a bunch of times I will give my current review and my Current Rating - Any song I never heard before I will have a preview (anything typed before ">>>"), and a review, as well as a rating for a first listen - A rating of 4.0 iz very good for a first listen - I will determine which one my favorite iz by increasing tha 4.0 rating up to 5.0 (which I rarely give out) - Now then, here I go wit my review of tha "Texas Sensation" mixtape! Start Time: 10:15 PM

01. "Intro"
I think I heard it a long time ago, so lemme re-hear >>> Yeah that good lil' intro, and I like all those "wat up"'s - Nice rhymes on it - Since it's a rap in tha intro, I'm gonna give it a rating - My Rating: 4.0

02. "This In You"
Oh so you threw this one on tha mixtape I see... I think there should've been a better starting song than this, but this iz still good - This song iz a very good produced song IMO - Tha hook reminds me of tha T.I. & Nelly song "Get Loose" from tha "Urban Legend" CD - Nice rhymes on this female joint - It's slightly better than "Go Live" - My Current Rating: 4.4

03. "Back To The Hood"
Okay I never heard this one... first new joint for me on tha mixtape, so I have a High AL (anticipation level)!! >>> Oh nice on tha "I Luv It" beat - Nice hook - Pretty good right here Natureboy - My Rating: 3.8

04. "I'm Not Them"
I believe this has been one of my, or maybe my FAVORITE underground rap track of '07 - It TOTALLY speaks for itself - Tha whole song defines me - I don't do anything like everyone else pretty much - "Who Knows", you might even win some awards for this song on my 2007 Awards - Oh and how weird it's No. 4 on tha mixtape - 4 iz my favorite number - It has been holding on strong as a "near-death" song on my playlist (meaning I played it a lot, it got kinda old for me, but I still wanna play it here and there), and it's up to 28 whopping weeks already on my playlist (it's also tha only "near-death" song to stay around since I started tha "near-death" songs on my playlist back in May) - Oh you changed tha intro a lil' bit, and this sounds like it has a lower pitch in it - When you said "dawg" twice right before tha first verse ended, I wound up figuring I'd really enjoy this song more, and so I did - I still love it today after playing it for over a ½ year already! - It sounds like it's mixing into a song I never heard before - Either way, "I'm Not Them" iz one of my favorite songs by you - My Current Rating: 5.0

05. "In My Pocket"
Yup never heard it before, and High AL on it (I have a High AL on pretty much every song you make) >>> Maybe I heard this song before? It sounds real old (maybe from tha "DHC" mixtape?), but I remember it from somewhere, and it sounds real good (love that "boi-i-i-i-ing!") - I like that math line before tha 1:00 mark - And it looks like it's mixing into a song I never heard before again (maybe) - Either way, real hot - My Current Rating: 4.5

06. "Have A Party" Feat. Rashad
Yeah this one might've been on your site or somethin'... >>> I'm glad it ain't over tha Mobb Deep/50 Cent beat - Rashad sounds pretty good singin' on this - I believe this iz old, and I never heard it yet - Again, nice rhymes Natureboy - You sounded great on this joint - My Rating: 3.9

07. "Introducing Southpaw"
I never heard Southpaw before (I know they ur buddies), so if this a song, then I wanna hear it - If it's a skit, then I wanna hear it also >>> They sound pretty good - Not bad lil' "Knockin' Doorz Down" version of their's - Next song sounds like it's going into somethin' wit "Front, Back"? I hope so - My Rating: 3.6

08. "Ain't Knocking" (a.k.a. "Gone Happen (Mixtape Version)")
Iz this "Gone Happen" or somethin' 'cause I was just singin' it myself >>> Oh it ain't tha "Front, Back" beat, my bad - Yeah this did pretty decent on my playlist - I thought you had a real nice flow & rhymes over this beat - My Current Rating: 4.1

09. "So Fly (I'm Fly)"
Now I'm singin' another song... "so fly, so cool..." Who tha hell sung that? I forgot (maybe I'll think of it later), but lemme hear this joint >>> Ooh nice beat - Your voice sounds real low pitch on this - Nice hook, and nice first verse - Oh that "So Fly" song I was singin' before was by Wes Fif - Anyway, great 2nd verse, and it looks like "Keep It Rocking" iz next... uh oh (find out wit my review for it) - My Rating: 3.9

10. "Keep It Rocking"
Was really feelin' it when I first heard it on Dirty South Radio, but after a few weeks it sizzled down for me, and I kinda am avoiding this song now wit playing it 'cause it reminds me a lil' of that shitty-ass-gay-ass 2nd semester I had at college (mainly during tha end of March & April), but either way, "Keep It Rocking" iz that joint - Of course, King Stunna iz a beast on tha beats - I always thought you put a lot of effort into this song 'cause it sounds great how u made it - I always really liked that bridge part "looooooook at meeeeeeeeeeee, I'm 100 from my headdddd to my feeeeeeeeet..." that whole part was, and still iz tha shit - It sounds like "Go Live" iz next since I heard that "yeaaah" at tha end - My Current Rating: 4.3

11. "Go Live"
This iz that club banger right there - It has "club" written all over it! - It feels like every song sounds slower on tha pitch now, but it's all good 'cause it sounds good - Oh wow we go from dirty version of "Keep It Rocking" (which I always had tha clean version) to a clean version of "Go Live" (which I have tha dirty version) - Lol @ that mix up - Ewe "nipple" censored? Yuck - "Gun" censored? More yuckness - Well I'm not judging tha song by its cleaness on tha mixtape luckily for you, so here goes my rating - My Current Rating: 4.3 (deduction would've been down to 4.1)

12. "Car Wash"
Lol @ tha title - I like it for Natureboy Rowe! High AL! >>> Lol @ tha "Magic City" beat - Nice lil' selection there - Hook sounds good - Love that line "roarin' like tha Lion King" - Real good first verse - Lol @ "my nigga came thru and spilled some chips" - I really like that line 'cause it's somethin' different - Very good for a beat I already heard before! - My Rating: 4.4

13. "I Talk That"
You said "Big Tuck" (I think) before tha song ended, so I'm guessin' it's on tha "I Know U Want That" beat? Lemme see >>> I was wrong, this beat sounds really old (I can't think of what it iz - I don't think it's Young Capone "What It Iz") - I like that "I gots flow like tha...uh..." line - Now this beat iz drivin' me nuts (can't think of what it was originally) - Good flowin' on tha track again - Another great line "look I'm ROWE...!!" - Aight I'm lookin' thru my iTunes library to see what that beat was *looks* - I just re-heard tha beginning of your version, and just remembered that it was Young Capone "Lights, Camera, Action" (from January 2006, which I got 3 months before Dirty South Radio) - Either way, My Rating: 4.0

14. "How To Act (Willy Biggs Mix)"
I don't remember what this originally sounded like, but I guess it's gettin' remixed, so lemme hear it >>> Oh WOW real nice flowwwww boyyyy!! "I stay fly, I think I see Mars!" My Rating: 4.6

15. "Get Mo (Da Ish)"
Yeah this was that anthem right there!! Glad u included it onto this mixtape! That hook iz SO OFF THA CHAIN!! - I love that "masturbating trunk" line, it's so funny, yet so good, lol - Where does "Da Ish" come from in tha ID? But yeah, definately an anthem that I still really feel - My Current Rating: 4.8

16. "Flow No. 1"
Let's see what this iz about >>> It sounds like you recorded your vocals off of somethin' different wit this one - Nice lil' flow - I don't have much to say about it - My Rating: 3.5

17. "I Sag" Feat. Yung Mike
Yay you put this song wit Yung Mike on here!! Love tha hook, and I LOVED it a lot better during my break from college! "Belt buckle made of chrome" - Yeah it's tha perfect "so fresh" song right here!! - My Current Rating: 4.7

18. "My Wheels Clean"
Yup another classic banger right here! I knew this was on here, and here it iz finally - I remember you tellin' me you recorded this when you had tha flu, a cold, or somethin' (that u were sick), but in tha end, it became a banger! I didn't add it quickly, but then it became a HUGE anthem for me at my college during tha 2nd semester (before tha gay-ass bullshit) - I like how you mixed tha outro to its own intro - Still a banger, it never gets old! - My Current Rating: 4.4

19. "I Rap"
Yes you kept tha title like that - Second song I heard from you back on October 14, 2006, and I fell in love wit tha beat (I didn't even know it was somebody else's beat) - I play it here and there, and it brings back memories to when I got knocked out in a hospital (because they took blood out of me), and that great 1st semester I had at college - Oh yeah I remember when I first heard this, and that title "I Rap", I remember really likin' your titles to your songs - My Current Rating: 4.6

20. "So A1"
What's this? >>> *Gets excited* It looks like it's tha shout outs!!! - Oh whoops I'm gettin' excited to early - Nice lil' hook right here - Nice 1st verse right there - I like tha "like Slim & Baby, I got cash money" line - This iz nice and smooth right here - My Rating: 3.8

21. "Diddy Rock"
Let's see this song (High AL) >>> Lol @ tha Diddy... Nice fast beat and fast flow - I like tha "side 2 side" line - That was nice - My Rating: 3.7

22. "Real Slow"
From going "real fast" to "real slow", lemme see what this song has goin' on >>> Nice lil' old beat from The Roots - This iz different in a good way - Nice hook - Kinda long ending, but pretty decent - I'm guessing this really long ending iz tha way of tha mixtape ending? - My Rating: 3.6

23. "Gone Happen (Album Version)"
Oh now you call it "Gone Happen", lol (unlike before wit "Ain't Knocking") - I liked tha beat to this, and this one did aight on my playlist - No more mixing? I'm guessin' tha mixtape iz ending... Yeah Natureboy, "I swore you was a plummer," lol - My Current Rating: 4.0

24. Stylez "My Way"
Last song, so I'm dyin' to hear it - High AL >>> Real nice lil' intro beat right there - Oh this ain't you I'm guessin' (I almost thought you were singin' tha hook for a second, lol) - Do you know Stylez or somethin'? Oh good there's some rappin' here and there on tha 2nd verse - I like that hook for singing - As for an R&B/Rap joint, I'm gonna give it a pretty decent rating since I like it - My Rating: 3.9

25. "Hip Hop Is Dead (Outro)"
Okay I been DYING to hear it!!! VERY HIGH AL!!! >>> Yes more rapping!! Feelin' that old school beat right there - I like all that consistant rapping! I think I missed something on tha outro... I had to re-hear it again to officially catch it (I thought you were gonna say Frankie, but you said "Lucky") - I really, REALLY, REALLY appreciate tha shout out fa'real - You will get my support all day, "ERRR-DAY" - Now for this rating, I'm gonna rate when you were rapping on this, so here it goes: My Rating (Rapping Part): 3.8

Overall: End Time: 12:33 AM - That was a really great mixtape, really good! I'm glad you kept a bunch of tha songs I originally love from tha past, and I liked tha new jointz I never heard - I still can't get over tha shout out!!!!! I'm goin' crazy in my mind, lol!! - I know/hope them bitch-asses that hate on me/under rate me at my college'll get all jealous over it 'cause they ain't me, and "I'm not them"!
